- Independent multi-tasker who is able to manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements; organise company-related functions and handle private and confidential matters
- Responsible for and meticulous in all secretarial duties
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff
- Good telephone etiquette with presentable appearance
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Private/Executive Secretarialship or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year’s secretarial experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiar with Power Point presentation, Excel reporting and minutes taking
- Good written and spoken English
